As a move surveyor, it's easy to get yourself in hot water with a customer eager for estimates on the job. Last week a customer asked me, "So, what exactly are you going to do with my hot tub?" One handy tool is provided by MSS. On my phone or tablet, I can instantly get an estimate without even speaking to anyone. I can forward a nicely formatted PDF to my move coordinator or directly to a COD customer. When asked about a third party service, I use the Service Guidelines to quickly describe the service details for a Grandfather Clock or a "Hot Tub."
