Last week, all of us at MSS came together in in celebration of National Customer Service Week.
Customer Service Week gives us an opportunity to honor those who serve and offer support to customers each day, and also to reflect on our accomplishments. This year's theme, Building Trust, recognized the importance of trust in forming strong, productive, and lasting relationships with both clients and co-workers, a core value of MSS since our establishment in 1978.
Throughout the week, we exercised team-building and celebrated with games, activities, and prizes, with participation from both our employees and customers. We even held an ‘MSS Cake Wars’ contest that resulted in some amazing creations by each team. Customer Service Week also marked the launch of our annual Client Survey which gives our customers an opportunity to provide feedback that is critical to our performance management and our goal to be their specialty service provider of choice.
