MSS Makes Another Improbable Deadline

MSS Makes Another Improbable Deadline

The product needed to be delivered to the port of Newark less than 7 days from the date of first contact. This required the fabrication of multiple heavy duty crates, skids and Mylar bags, all of which had to loaded, blocked and braced into 12 forty-foot long sea containers.

Coordinate the packing and loading of a one-hundred-foot-long industrial offset printing press located in Southeastern Pennsylvania and shipping to Istanbul, Turkey with very short lead time.

MSS surveyed the press prior to and also during disassembly. Pre-building all of the necessary materials was required in order to meet daily schedule deadlines while simultaneously loading each container as it arrived.

All 12 of the shipping containers arrived at the port in time for transport to Istanbul.
