For the 10th Consecutive Year, MSS a Winner of the Delaware Valley Top Workplaces 2019 Award

March 04, 2019

For the 10th consecutive year, MSS has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few. MSS is one of just ten companies to consistently receive this award since the list’s inception in 2010.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

“I’d like to congratulate our incredible staff as the Top Workplaces distinction is a direct affirmation of the collaborative, hard-working, and fun culture they help to cultivate,” said Tim Hughes, President/CEO of MSS.  “The Delaware Valley is a bustling center of commerce that includes the entire greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. MSS was one of only 125 companies to make this year’s list. My sincere thanks to our team for deeming us worthy of this honor not only for 2019 but every year since 2010.”

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
