Toni Leidy

Director of Accounting

Toni Leidy got a jump start on her career, starting with MSS in 1996 while pursuing her college degree in Finance. Over the next decades, she held various positions within the Accounting department, spending over 20 years working closely with the CFO. As Director of Accounting, Toni oversees the Accounts Payable Department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments as well as managing relationships with subcontractors and vendors. She assists in managing the department’s daily operations and works with the Corporate Accounting team to support the CFO and VP of Accounting, developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency.

Toni has won several MSS recognitions, including three Extra Mile Awards and two Distinguished Accomplishment awards. She has served on a local non-profit organization’s Board of Directors for many years. As an advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and advancement initiatives for individuals with disabilities, she is passionate about volunteering, fundraising, and raising awareness for those charities close to her heart. A huge Philadelphia sports fan, she even named her beloved boxer, Joelle Embiid (a feminine take on the famed 76ers MVP). Toni is immensely proud of her family and marriage and considers them to be the biggest blessings in her life.
