Wayde Craig
Director of Operations
Before joining MSS in 2006, Wayde was a carpenter for a construction company, helping to build over 50 houses in the Montgomery County area. He also maintained customer service and sales positions before moving into an operational role at MSS as a Dispatch Assistant. He rose through the ranks as a Dispatcher, Senior Dispatcher, Evening Supervisor, and Manager of Operations until his current role as Director of Operations. He now oversees departmental operations and subcontractor relations and initiatives, pursuing and managing off-season improvement projects and strategies for improving processes across operations.
Wayde has won several awards during his career here, Extra Mile Award 2013, President’s Award 2014, Trust the Experience Award 2019, People’s Choice Award 2022, and several Distinguished Accomplishment Awards. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing video games, bowling, DIY house projects, and cooking. He’s also a huge Philadelphia sports fan and Eagles season ticket holder since 2012.
