Dave Brace
VP, Operations
Prior to joining MSS in 2007, Dave spent 25 years in the Corporate Relocation industry, maintaining various leadership roles, including within Operations Management, Sales Management, and Client Development departments. Since coming to MSS, Dave has made significant contributions to the establishment of the company’s current structure, systems, and processes. He was instrumental in creating, developing, and growing our Pure Install Solutions division, as well as our Service Recovery and Quality Assurance departments. Today, Dave leads Pure Install in addition to overseeing our Nationwide Operations and Quality Assurance departments.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Western Connecticut State University. He won the MSS President’s Award 2009. Happily married for 35+ years, Dave most enjoys spending time with family. He has coached football, baseball, and softball throughout the past 30 years and enjoys participating in car events, including car shows and car racing, in his free time.
