Jacqueline Reinhart

VP, Human Resources and Communications

Prior to joining MSS in 2012, Jackie worked in the Human Resources field for both retail and professional services, most recently as the Chief Human Resources Officer for a global business advisory and consulting firm. At MSS, she is currently leading our organization’s efforts in Talent Management. She has made a significant contribution to our nationwide recruiting efforts and manages the full life cycle of Human Resources, including on-boarding, benefits and compensation, legal and government compliance, reporting, and talent development. Jackie also led the efforts in marketing to develop and implement our rebranding and corporate communication strategy. She leads our health and safety program and employee appreciation initiatives as well.  

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University. She also holds advocacy roles for Girl Scouts and Great Valley Food Cupboard and serves on the Board of Directors of Variety—The Children’s Charity. She earned the Arthur Andersen Stewardship Award, Girl Scout Volunteer of Excellence Awards, and The Predictive Index Training Certification as well as the MSS Uncle Joe Spirit Award 2014. In her free time, Jackie enjoys architectural and structural photography, karaoke anytime/anywhere, doing jigsaw puzzles with her family, and sneaking treats to her slightly plump rescue dog, Walter.
