Jennifer Muehlbronner

VP, Operational Accounting

Jen began her career with MSS in 1986, working full-time while also attending college. Her history with our organization is unique, as her roles have expanded along with the company’s growth and evolution. Her contributions over the years have touched most departments, including Operations, Sales, and Claims & Accounting (the latter specifically when serving as Accounting Manager and Director of Accounting). In her current role as Vice President of Operational Accounting, Jen oversees the daily operational roles and systems of our Accounting Department, working closely with our CFO. She has been instrumental in developing and implementing the current client and accounting systems we use. Jen is responsible for all pricing and billing requirements and supports the Sales team with related conversations, reporting, and documentation.  

Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Thomas Jefferson University. She won the MSS Uncle Joe Spirit Award 2010 and the President’s Award 2011. She loves to remain active in her spare time, specifically through boating and sports. You can most often find her enjoying time with her family.
