Josh Federoff

VP, Quality & Risk Management

Josh came to MSS in 2008 and began his career here as a Dispatcher. He rose through the ranks as a Dispatch Supervisor, Operations Manager, Director of Compliance & Supplier Management, and now Vice President of Quality & Risk Management. In his current role, Josh is charged with leading our overall compliance operations while ensuring a streamlined approach to quality. Primarily, he is responsible for establishing and executing MSS compliance and subcontractor quality visions. Josh interacts with colleagues and clients across all levels, both internal and external, to support new business development and effectively lead projects for growth, risk containment, strategic development, and efficiency. Additionally, he develops and maintains core management reporting, dashboards, key risk indicators, and service level agreements. Lastly, Josh recommends new and revised administrative policies, procedures and initiatives (including our Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) program), and ensures that they are successfully implemented in support of general office functions.  

Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University. He has earned several internal recognitions, including Dispatcher of the Year 2014, the Distinguished Accomplishment Award 2016-2018, the Trust the Experience Award 2018, and The President’s Award 2023. He graduated from the Vistage Emerging Leader Program in 2021 and spent two additional years enrolled in their Advancing Leader Program. In his free time, Josh enjoys hiking with his family and playing competitive or recreational volleyball.
