Rob Dillingham

Director, Operations

Before joining MSS in 2007, and throughout his high school and college years, Rob worked in the field for a moving company. After graduating college, he spent several years in various occupations within the finance industry before moving to an operational role at MSS.  He credits the combination of his experience in both the moving and finance industries with giving him the edge required to excel in his current operational role. As Director of Operations, Rob manages and oversees our daily processes within the Nationwide Operations group.  He is heavily involved in our internal systems, helping to ensure efficiency.  In addition to his internal responsibilities, he is tasked with the continual support, review, and recruiting of our nationwide network of technicians.       

Rob earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Drexel University. He won the MSS Rising Star Award 2011 and President’s Award 2017. He graduated from the Vistage Emerging Leader Program in 2020 and is currently enrolled in their Advancing Leader Program.  Above all, Rob values spending time with family and friends.  He loves good food and drink and balancing out those indulgences by working it off in the gym or outdoors.  His passions include nature, visiting national parks, “attempting” to be a techie by learning about new technology/systems, and honoring his inner history buff by learning about the past of our local area and tuning into the History Channel.
