As soon as I started working at MSS, I knew I made a good choice. Everyone treated me like family and showed me all the tricks and tips to help make me a better worker. Aside from a great atmosphere and great people, MSS has always allowed me to put my family first. I also like that work is not the same every day. I am always at a different location or doing a job that requires me to think outside the box. I love working for MSS because I enjoy the work and the people that come along with it.

I chose to work for MSS because of the company's outstanding reputation, service-oriented approach, and collaborative company culture. Transparency and trust between teammates is a big part of the culture. The leadership team shares information freely, helps us develop a "game-plan", and ensures our teams have the necessary tools, resources, and information needed for successful outcomes. I feel valued, empowered, and recognized for my contributions. In my role, I feel both challenged and supported 100%. Every day I learn something new. My team is seemingly always adapting, growing, and becoming better service providers for our clients which is inspiring. I am very proud of my team's accomplishments and grateful for the opportunity to contribute my best work every day.

I started my journey here at MSS in March 2022 after being out of work for a short time. During my interview process, I was able to meet the team that I would be working with. I was greeted with kindness and reassured that I would have support, if needed. Coming from other organizations, you do not always get welcomed so easily and I admire that about the leaders at MSS. Everyone from the local technicians to the CEO came out to welcome me to the team and to this day, they make sure to greet me and ask about my day. This is why I chose to be a part of this company because it is truly a family atmosphere, where everyone cares for the other person and want to see them do well.

I chose to work at MSS because I am empowered to be the best version of myself everyday within our company’s culture. I get to see the difference I make with coworkers and our clients daily, and I am always excited to share experiences with our subcontractors.
