Customer Service Week 2023

Closing out another fun Customer Service Week. If you’re unfamiliar, it’s an international event devoted to recognizing the people who support clients every day. We welcomed the excuse to applaud our clients, service providers, and office teammates for all they do in service of our collective customer. This year’s theme, Team Service, underscored the importance of unity and collaboration among all parties, regardless of their job titles or part played in the relocation process. It was a nice reminder that we’re all members of the same team, working together to serve our customers.

We had a blast with our virtual games, from guessing the team-themed movie by decoding emojis, to trivia, to matching our teammates to their team-related extracurricular activity (if you can believe it, we represented everything from line dancing groups to dragon boat racing to competitive whistling and beyond), to nominating our fellow co-workers for individual awards to playing competitive rounds of a virtual scavenger hunt (pictured here). Phew!
