In the Holiday Spirit with Big Brothers Big Sisters

We teamed up with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County (BBBSBC) to host an arts and crafts drive on their behalf. Their inspiring mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. These relationships are nurtured during several different types of bonding programs, one of which is STEM school-based mentoring. (If you’re unfamiliar, STEM is a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in four specific disciplines — science, technology, engineering and mathematics — in an interdisciplinary and applied approach.)

Our community donated a host of art supply goodies which will be used by Big Brothers & Sisters and their Little Brothers & Sisters when working on various projects. Thank you to BBBSBC for all the work they do in our community at large. And thank you to our fellow MSSers for spreading some extra cheer this holiday season!
