Moving for Meals: Hunger Action Month 2023

We recognized Hunger Action Month with inspiration from our partners at Graebel and their Move For Hunger Move 2 Fight Hunger Challenge. In addition to our fundraising match, 20 of our MSS teammates joined the monthlong event to clock their every movement, which was then translated into meals. We came in 2nd overall place in the competition, with two of us finishing among the top 10 individual participants. Through our collective activities we helped to earn 86,710.21 meals during the month of September. Thank you to Graebel and Move for Hunger for enabling us to participate!

From a 10K Spartan race (pictured here) to a fundraising walk in support of Nick’s House/HEADstrong Foundation to nature walks to swims with our furry friends, we made each movement count.
