Vistage Advancing Leaders Program

Last week we attended our last session with Vistage Worldwide, Inc.‘s Advancing Leaders program. This group of Directors (and now quite a few VPs) developed their strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills through the combination of expert speakers, application-based learning, and peer feedback. But, thanks to the tutelage of Master Chair Carol Steinberg, the intangible takeaways were in some ways even more impactful. She and Vistage not only helped to prepare these leaders for the next level of management, but also opened their eyes to the powerful correlation between professional growth and personal growth.
