Growing Connections with Variety’s Farm Stand

We were honored to recently welcome Variety–the Children’s Charity and the incredible children and young adults from their summer vocational program to our headquarters for one of our favorite annual events. Variety is dedicated to enriching the lives of children and young adults with disabilities, helping them build confidence and empowering them to navigate the world around them.

The group brought their vibrant farm stand to us, stocked with homegrown produce, homemade baked goods, candles, and a variety of other handmade items. Even more inspiring, they ran the entire operation themselves—from setting up displays to manning the checkout station, tallying orders, and completing each sale.

Our employees look forward to this event every year. It’s a wonderful opportunity to engage with these talented and hardworking young people, learn about their efforts, and support their mission. There’s a special kind of energy that fills the building during the farm stand, and the smiles exchanged on both sides of the table are what make it so memorable.
