Moving Day on the Hill

Brian Schaeffer was honored to recently join over 100 of our move partners at the ATA Moving and Storage Conference Moving Day on the Hill. We convened in DC to meet with state and local representatives to address some of our industry’s top priorities, some of which included:

• Protecting the Independent Contractor Model
• Combatting Moving Fraud and Strengthening Enforcement
• Restoring the Moving Expense Tax Deduction
• Modernizing Consumer Protection Rules and Broker Registration Requirements
