MSS Launches Innovative App for Relocation Industry
MSS launches “MSS Field Forms,” a mobile application and easy-to-use solution for our service technicians in the field to collect, organize, and automate data for each move.
Field Forms streamlines the process of collecting and sending job information from the customer residence directly into MSS internal systems. MSS field technicians can install the mobile application to virtually any smartphone, allowing them to record and send all job-related data immediately through their device; including signatures, inventory details, photos and confirmation of relocation service completion.
“When preparing our customers’ precious cargo to move across states and regions, it is essential that our field technicians are able to accurately monitor and rapidly report all move related activity and customer needs consistently and while on-the-go,” said Michael Mudditt, Vice President of Technical Services and CIO of MSS. “By integrating ProntoForms into our mobile operations, we are now able to wirelessly monitor almost every detail related to a move as it happens which ultimately helps us to improve our service delivery and ensure our customers are satisfied from start to finish.”
